We work with criminal defense attorneys and criminal law agencies by providing services, tools and resources for the public sector. LCA is a private criminal justice and private social service agency that helps agencies make informed choices that enhance public safety and ultimately our society.

We accept both pre-trial defendants and sentenced offenders in LCA’s Electronic Monitoring Programs.
