LCA provides GPS monitoring, continuous alcohol monitoring (CAM), electronic monitoring, home detention, and other sentencing options. We work with criminal defense attorneys and criminal law agencies by providing services, tools and resources for the public sector. LCA is a private criminal justice and private social service agency which helps agencies make informed choices to enhance public safety and, ultimately, our society.

We accept both pre-trial defendants and sentenced offenders in LCA’s programs.

LCA offers various electronic monitoring programs based on offense or risk level of your clients. We provide acceptance letters, court appearances, consulting on alternative sentencing, and programs tailored to client’s special needs. LCA has experience throughout California and can share pertinent information about the availability of programs in different jurisdictions. We are certified by the State Bar to provide MCLE presentations on electronic technology and substance abuse, and will come to your office or association for presentations.
